Mills’ Way: The name is a historical nod to William Mills and his wife Eleanor who made their home in the Fruitland area of Henderson County where the apples for this cider were sourced. Mr. Mills planted hundreds of fruit trees, and thus became the father of the county’s apple industry, the forerunner of the multi‐million dollar production of today.
Initially pear, strawberry and light raspberry compliment the apple flavor and aroma of this semi-dry cider. Next the carbonation adds a bit of liveliness to brighten the impact. Then the flavor follows with a deceptively sweet juicy fruit gum profile. Finally the flavor trails off into pear and a mineral dryness in the finish. Enjoy this medium-light bodied, light golden hued cider. 6.3% ABV
