This mead blends Zambian honey with woody hops to create the National drink of Ethiopia. Next tea, wood, and black pepper with savory honey comprise the aroma. Then honey and a bit of astringency bring to mind earl gray tea in this slightly hazy mead. Finally light peppery notes round out the experience, woody accents lending a palate cleansing finish to this medium bodied mead. 10.5% ABV
